You're ready to break free from the limiting patterns that hold you back from the life
you desire. I'm ready to help you get there.
On paper, everything is great...
You've got a resume to make your mom proud, the cute digs and maybe even a great partner.
You've worked your whole life to fulfill these goals that you thought would make you happy. But something isn't quite right on the inside.
Just because you're successful doesn't mean you feel inner abundance.
Just because you're beautiful doesn't mean you feel confident.
Just because you're in a relationship doesn't mean you feel connected.
Therapist in Pasadena, CA
I'm Natalie. A therapist, and a fellow human trying to figure out this thing called life.
Yes, I've studied and practiced psychology for 20 years (and have the receipts to prove it! :P) but what makes me good at my job is this one fact:
I've been there. I've been the therapy client on the couch having the ugly cry every week.
I know what it's like to be resentful at my parents, to feel completely overwhelmed by "adulting" and to wonder if the tears would ever stop.
I can also tell you that it does get better. And all the work is so beyond worth it.
I'm still a work-in-progress, but I can say that therapy has truly changed my life, which is why I'm so committed to and passionate about helping others.

Love from former clients
“Natalie helped me to realize my full potential, and the incredible ability we have as humans to heal from within. It takes time, dedication, and committed practice like most good things do. She helped me to understand that mental health is a lifelong journey not just a one-stop shop. I am forever grateful for the tools and guidance provided to me through her practice.”
